Mahler No. 5 is pretty damn good. It took me about 5 years to get around to listening to it, for some reason.
Was also listening to Schubert No. 9 on repeat last night. If I die before I see Vertiginous Thrill of Exactitude live, I’ll be so pissed. And dead. But also pissed. I wonder if it’ll ever be performed in a non-gala event.
Getting the itch to start up violin again, but I don’t know if I have the time or energy.
